Ready for the Future?  

This event will look at the skills and attitudes needed by young people in the future. Demos will present the findings from a study, Ready for the future?, on young people’s attitudes to work and careers.    We’ll also outline our aims for NESTA’s new Future Innovators Programme, designed to equip young people with the skills needed for tomorrow’s world.

Bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn edrych ar sgiliau ac agweddau y bydd eu hangen ar bobl ifanc yn y dyfodol. Bydd Demos yn cyflwyno canfyddiadau o astudiaeth, Barod ar gyfer y dyfodol?, am agweddau pobl ifanc ynghylch gwaith a gyrfaoedd. Byddwn hefyd yn amlinellu ein hamcanion ar gyfer Rhaglen newydd Arloeswyr NESTA yn y Dyfodol, wedi’i chynllunio i roi’r sgiliau angenrheidiol i bobl ifanc ar gyfer y dyfodol.
